Experienced forklift operator needed on first shift to load and unload trucks, move raw material, move finished goods. Most of our products are not crated or boxed - and have to be handled with care. Will be loading/unloading semi trucks, flat beds, small box trucks, pick up trucks. Responsible for counting incoming and outgoing goods, reviewing paperwork. When not needed on forklift, will fill in packaging, counting, or working in assembly ona fast paced assembly line / powder coating conveyor line. Need to be able to inspect parts for quality, assemble using hand tools, ability to multi-task and think ahead. Strong math skills are required. Ability to stand, bend, stoop, squat, or kneel regularly. Ability to work at a steady pace with attention to detail. Being able to be on time is critical. Strong mechanical skills and a high level of productivity are a must. Must be able to take direction.
